This is a genuinely extraordinary piece. A wide, vivid stripe of red-orange cuts through the frosted clear glass — not a hint or a blush, but a bold, distinct band of colour that is immediately arresting. Red sea glass ranks among the rarest of all beach finds, historically sourced from ruby glass — decorative vessels, lantern panels, antique tableware — and because so little was ever made, so little survives. To find it as a strong stripe within a clear piece is rarer still.
Hand-collected from the Solway Firth. Set by hand into a polished recycled sterling silver bezel band, 1.2mm wide. Handmade in the UK from 100% recycled sterling silver. This ring will not be repeated — there is only one.
