Ready-to-ship jewellery sets off to you the same or next working day, while made-to-order items are lovingly completed and sent within 2–5 working days.
Shipping Policy
UK Deliveries:
We offer two delivery options for UK orders:
- Free 48-hour tracked delivery on all UK orders.
- Upgrade to 24-hour tracked delivery for £2.80
International Deliveries:
Europe, a flat rate of £10 applies.
Rest of the World, a flat rate of £20 applies.
All shipments are fully tracked and insured for your peace of mind.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary based on the destination:
- UK orders after dispatch are delivered within the timeframe selected (48h or 24h).
- International deliveries typically arrive within 7–28 days, depending on your location.
Please note, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier. Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt for added security.
Customs Duties & Taxes:
Customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be charged once your parcel reaches its destination. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not covered by Feather and Frost.
Address Accuracy:
Kindly double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Feather and Frost cannot take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Return Shipments:
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will need to cover any additional costs for re-delivery.
