Returns

You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition and packaging

Please note that earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable unless faulty.


How to Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at hello@featherandfrost.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. (or you can reply to your confirmation email)
  2. Pack Your Items
    Securely package your jewellery in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Post Your Return
    Send the item(s) to the address provided in our return instructions. We recommend using a tracked and insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds will include the cost of the item(s) but not the original delivery charge, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure the quality of our jewellery. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately at hello@featherandfrost.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
  • We will provide instructions on how to return the item at no cost to you.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
